Honey figs are the result of years of varietal research and development, the fruit of our R&D department.

Honey figs is the name we have registered worldwide for a new fig variety, of which we are the breeders. We currently have a production potential of around 800 tons. Honey figs are produced strictly through organic farming, with the corresponding certification.

Production is concentrated over 6-8 weeks, from early August to late September.

Honey figs stand out for their large size; we began harvesting 70 mm pieces, with an average size of 60 mm.
They are also notable for their resistance to cracking due to rain and for their shelf life far superior to any other current fig variety. This allows us to offer our customers a product with a 100% quality guarantee.

Brix: 24 +
We are currently working on creating a Club to be able to offer our customers a totally exclusive product available in different countries in both hemispheres almost year-round.
