Olive oil is an undisputed staple of our cuisine, but we still don’t have a culture of olive oil that’s careful enough to appreciate its subtleties, nor are we willing to pay certain prices, which would be necessary to be able to focus on quality and make an enviable olive oil.

First Pressed on October 14th, 1,000 half-liter bottles of organic extra virgin olive oil, retail price: €15. Very green oil, harvested at the peak of its ripeness to extract aromas, flavors, and all the excellence of the finest olive oil. Yields are low, but the result is a high-quality, organic product.
