Oil is an undisputed staple of our cuisine, but we still don’t have a culture of oil refined enough to appreciate its subtleties, nor are we willing to pay certain prices, which would be necessary to commit to quality and make an enviable oil.
First pressing October 14th, 1,000 half-liter bottles of organic extra virgin olive oil, at €15 retail price. Very green oil, harvested at the peak of its ripeness to extract aromas, flavors, and all the excellence of the finest oil. Yields are low, but the result is a high-quality, organic product.
